Step 1 - Navigate to Business App > My Business > Automations.
Step 2 - Open an existing automation, or start a new one.
Step 3 - Choose the trigger 'When a Contact is created.'
Step 4 - Select the 'Send a plain text email' action step.
The feature allows you to send plain text email action messages through their existing inbox.
